I first met Annie and Tom at a wedding on a blazing hot June day in 2017 for Alex and Sam’s wedding and i was delighted when they booked me for their own October wedding at Mount Ephraim Gardens. Although the weather decided to bless us with rain, it didn’t stop my lovely couple from celebrating with family and friends (and we even sped out into the garden for a quick autumnal tree shot). I joined Annie with her bridesmaids, Catherine, Alex and flower girl Maisy and mum Maureen and I knew, as soon as I saw the shoes, that this was going to be an extremely good day (I knew that already but the shoes made it even better!).

So handsome, so cheeky, so fast! Ring bearer (and couple’s son) Jack cut a fine dash … and he wore his massive flower with pride all day! Check out his shoes … they didn’t stay clean very long …Faversham photographer Faversham photographer Faversham photographer Faversham photographer Faversham photographer Faversham photographer

From my vantage point on the stairs, shooting through the wrought iron balustrade, I got a great view on Annie and Tom’s exchange of vows …Faversham photographer Faversham photographer Faversham photographer

Bride Annie wanted to be showered with confetti and as it had started to rain quite hard by this time, the amazing staircase and hall at Mount Ephraim came into good use!Faversham photographer Faversham photographer Faversham photographer Faversham photographer Faversham photographer

We sped out during the break between main course and dessert to get this shot, we thought it had stopped raining … it hadn’t but luckily my car was close by and I just happened to have some wedding umbrellas in the boot (I think I’ve had these for almost ten years and used them maybe twice!. We then got back into the warm and dry for dessert – the food, as always was spectacular from Pomegranate Catering based in Chilhamwedding at Mount Ephraim Gardens Faversham
